Some people are not doing their work in this country... This posters have contact numbers on them, if they want to trace all the culprits and hold them accountable they can do it..we just have lazy institutions who don't want to work. The politicians even do the same.

Don’t blame them. They are taking advantage of the weak system. Those countries you mentioned, if the system was weak, they would have done same. By the way, you guys are doing well.
