Meditation brings this about naturally. Sometimes after a session my mind is so empty I'm like am I dumb now? 😆

💯 One caveat it takes mindful effort. Most people give up. Took me a couple years of meditation, but most importantly while awake during the day watch every feeling though & emotion. Watch don’t identify with thought. The prize peace and clarity.
