$I never believed A.I. could replicate the quality of 3D channels like ZackDFilms. But that is coming to an end. It was always so far off, required so much prompting and you just faced too much bs. However, the gap between A.I and high quality 3D animations really is closing faster than I thought. A person who has barely any editing experience can now make a video like the one I linked below by using Nano Banana Pro + Kling A.I. Yes, it may not be quite there yet. Yes, it still requires a lot of prompting. But this is not slop content. And it's improving rapidly. Those who believe these A.I. videos won't reach the top standard we see in 3D Shorts are just coping imo. Paired with voiceover + sound design, you have a high quality video done for a fraction of the cost and time. The need for advanced skills is disappearing, which has big pros and cons. I'm very curious to see what will be considered as 'high barrier to entry' in the short-form space by the end of next year. The opportunities are endless with A.I. - you have to use it to your advantage.$

Oh I'm SO happy - just look at darling Theo!😍 Not only has his gait improved so well that he's barely limping (both rear feet were degloved, but it was the left foot which was down to the bone and severely infected), last night he did something I've been hoping and praying to see - nestbuilding. Six days ago, after 5 long weeks of treatment, I gave his last injection and put him in the large rehab pen, so he could build up his muscle tone. He's been pottering around, quite happily, but I was overjoyed to see him finally start to nest build last night. This is so important and miraculous because, firstly, he feels well enough to hibernate. That's huge! Secondly, he's quite content to build a hibernaculum and hibernate here, which is a massive relief to me as it means his newly-skinned feet will have a chance to toughen up and complete healing before he's back out in the wild.

I screened this latest AI short in Paris for the Prompt Club alongside a great showcase for French AI filmmaking talent. I think we have reached a tipping point where the quality of the models is no longer an obstacle to telling the story. Sure, there are problems with detail at distance, dynamic movement, and more than one character speaking or doing complex movement at the same time but nothing a director with awareness of the models can’t overcome. Kling motion control is a massive unlock, in this short I am playing all the characters so it’s quite broad because I am not an actor, but I have seen it used with professional actors and it captures real nuanced human performance, with everything that brings. I will be employing professional actors for my films in the future. This was made predominantly with Kling 2.5, and 2.6 motion with some seedance shots on the wider 2-shots. We are there, now go make your thing!

I love when San tells a story like he fell in love at first sight 😭 The way he described making eye contact with Soobin… 😭 (rough translation) 😽 : So during the encore, I was walking around and suddenly the ground behind me was shaking. 😽 : I was like, “Wait, why is the ground shaking?” Then Seonghwa hyung went, “Let’s do it too!” And I said, “No hyung… you go. My Framer template was rejected ❌ This isn't what I was hoping to post but I always try to share both the ups and downs. I put the most effort ever into this template but ultimately it was rejected for originality. The agency niche is completely new to me and although I learnt a lot during the process, I obviously didn't do a good enough job making it unique enough so I have a lot to learn there still. I'm feeling a bit lost on what to do with this template as I really like it but I'd have to drastically change it (colours, fonts, content, etc...) to get it live on the marketplace. Maybe I'll just make it live on my own store incase anyone is interested in it still? As always massive respect to the Framer review team for upholding such high marketplace standards. Not going to let this keep me down for too long, I'm moving straight onto my next template and going for something more simple and similar to what has worked for me before (think a Refit 2.0) 💪🏻

I've posed a question: "Does OpenAI have a better pre-train in the back pocket or not?" and looks like the answer from Mark Chen is "Yes" - so we should expect a big response from OpenAI before the end of the year. The findings? The participants in the first study increased their strength by an average of 174%, thigh muscle mass by 9%, and gait speed by 48% after just 8 weeks of high-intensity resistance training — essentially reversing their frailty and disability. (PMID: 2342214) In the second, the still independently living adults aged 85 and older increased their quadriceps muscle cross-sectional area by 11%, whole-body lean mass by 2%, and leg strength by 46% after just 12 weeks of resistance training. (PMID: 37875254) Some common themes that tend to contribute to the success of trials like these: • Progressive resistance training with adequate volume and resistance • Actually adhering to the prescribed training during the period (the studies excluded non-compliant participants) I think one of the takeaways is that the further you fall, in terms of functional loss attributable to old age, in some ways the better positioned you might be to pick back up — highlighting that it really is never too late.
