We don’t “want” MLF fired. We want a culture change in the organization. Culture trumps strategy every day. In order to get that change MLF and/or Gute should be fired. Media who disagree paint fans as impulsive barbarians just wanting someone fired for emotional reasons.

It is clearly coaching and you don’t need to be a football genius to say it. We can see enough on the tv to know what’s going wrong. I’m so sick of hearing the same bs from MLF. When Joey Ortiz was benched for not hitting the ball you don’t see Pat Murphy take the blame. You see him come out to the press and him say Joey isn’t taking the approach at the plate that we want him to. Don’t treat the fans like we are blind and deaf cause we are not. Thats why mlf needs to go he didn’t get the job done and this team really didn’t get better under him and that’s a huge concern.

MLF runs a great scheme and I would consider him a good coach. Great coaches DO NOT get outcoached in the 2nd half, but it’s turned into a calling card of his. This era needs to end

Culture change???? How about playing to win and never again “phone it in” with attitudes like, “ we’re in the playoffs so we’re ‘resting our guys’”… Play hard to win every Home Game; play to win. Agree but would split a hair on the conservative play calling. I disagree with fans that say Matt got conservative in the second half. He called the same damn plays that worked in the first half! However, as you say when the Bears adjusted and he didn’t-thats a major problem!

Hate saying it. But it is the coaches job to control that clock when you got the ball. 3min left on the clock, 2nd down, and you pass? 3rd down and you go deep? Get the first, waste the clock! If you don’t score before time runs out, you still win. Poor play calling.
