All #dabears coordinators and coaches are brilliant at talking. That’s where it ends tho.

The biggest thing Caleb will benefit from, is having a CALM presence running the offense. Waldron chewed his nails raw, and noticeably sighed with anxiety almost every play call they showed on TV. CW can get jumpy, but he will succeed if he’s the only one that is that way.
