Naming a game "Beaten Path" while taking inspiration from Final Fantasy Tactics is legendary self-awareness 😭💀 respect to the solo dev though!

I was thinking we need more indie SRPGs. I love FE and FFT, but I do think more people and companies should be exploring this genre outside of Nintendo and Square

It isn't weird that Japanese Nintendo is announcing Fire Emblem and China-owned IGN is pushing very similar game? 🤔🤔

I love FFT and Triangle Strategy. I have no idea where the disdain for the hexagon movement tiles come from. Every time I see them I instantly get irritated I know it's irrational.

solo developers keep proving you don't need a huge studio to make something exciting

Man, on one hand love it. Always up for another tactics jrpg. On the other the characters looks like your generic modern attractive animeslop. No one's gruff or ugly, like what they did to Fire Emblem or Eiyuden
