We prefer elective NKP in these types of papilla. It prevents inadvertent cut on opposite wall of duodenum

I was in the hospital for 5 days for this. I’ve had the ercp done first then the took the gallbladder because the second stone was too big to remove. 22x18 mm if I remember correctly. Glad it’s over. Npo for 5 days sucked the big one.

Wow, that's impressive! ERCP skills on point! 🌟

Congratulations on the nice incision, but there is thermal injury on the posterior wall of the lateral mucosa of the papilla.

I love the precision and pulse of electrosurgical cutting, seamlessly controlled by ERBE — but be careful with the angulation and the duodenal wall.

Why is it always such a relief for everyone in the room seeing those stones swept from the duct? ☺️

ERCP beat the snot out of a x ray team in fluoroscopy during ERCP. I woke up & they looked they been through a war zone. I said WHAT? They said you beat everyone that came near you. The x ray dept still talks about that incident. Dr cut my common bile duct removing my gallbladder

A remarkable ERCP moment—biliary sphincterotomy followed by extraction of a large impacted CBD stone. The precision and endoscopic control are impressive. 🔬👏 Cut → Extract → Decompress. A beautiful example of therapeutic ERCP at its best. 🩺✨

Dude you injured the duodenal wall

That yellow stone looked glued in there. Watching it come out clean in one shot was oddly satisfying 👀

Hopefully they didn’t develop post procedure pancreatitis. Worst thing I’ve ever experienced !

Y’all are saying clean; I don’t even see shit at all 👀😂

Pure Love 💕 from Science

Great work removing the impacted bile duct stone with biliary sphincterotomy during ERCP.

Wow, that's some skill! 💪 Must have been intense. How often do you see cases like that?
Love this!
