Pro sports can be intoxicatingly rewarding and devastatingly ruthless at the same time. Fairytale endings are few and far between. Coaches and GM’s are usually hired to get fired. They know that going in. Sucks, but that’s the job. I want to thank both Michael Malone (best coach in franchise history) and Calvin Booth for taking these Denver Nuggets to a place they’ve never been before. The mountain top. It was beautiful.

The Invest in Tomorrow Coalition, a super PAC funded mainly by solar executives and investors (California billionaire Chris Larsen gave ~$6 million of its $6.8 million), then targeted Norman. It announced at least $1 million against him in the August 2026 special GOP Senate runoff. Its chair called Norman “traitorous” to solar for fighting the subsidies. Ads attacked him as a “MAGA traitor.” Should the SC General Assembly restrict of out-of-state money in our elections?
