Beautiful guide to drinking apple cider vinegar for fat loss...

I am just going to mix them all together

Apple cider vinegar does wonders just not that brand anymore since Bill Gates bought it. Doesn't have much of the "Mother" anymore

Bill Gates owns Bragg. NOT a good idea. 🫤

Braggs sold in 19'. Unsafe product with new investors involved

I drink this concoction and it helps with weight maintenance. I add black pepper for the turmeric and cloves.

Do you know that Braggs apple cider vinegar uses Bill Gates appeal apples?

This statement would have been true but Bragg got sold and bought by some not so nice characters a few years ago look it up!!

So just add all of the above then? Bet

What’s the blended ratio for each of these options?

@LivingTricks_ Traditional cultures valued apple cider vinegar's gentle support, not dramatic promises. While @GodswillChemist shares creative ideas, research shows acetic acid in ACV gently slows digestion and moderates blood sugar—patience over quick fixes.

I drank apple cider vinegar for years, every freaking say, with all those stuff mixed, with all kinds of juices, added to my salad... so on and so forth... I can assure you, it's 🐮💩

Perhaps tell people only Ceylon Cinnamon which is not the one at grocery store, I’m sick from cinnamon

Unfortunately Bragg was bought out by investors in 2019..The recipe has changed...try Filsingers...

I personally wouldn’t choose Bragg. Besides Katy Perry acquired a stake in Bragg Live Food Products, and would recommend Fairchild ACV instead. Fairchild has a better taste in my opinion and contains only ‘the mother,’ while Bragg is more diluted

Why not put all the ingredients together?

How much Apple Vinegar and how much of the spices etc ?

I recall a traditional Amish or Pennsylvania Dutch beverage known as Switchel. This vinegar-based cold drink, with potential variations, was consumed on warm summer days. I found it to be quite delightful. Does anyone remember this ?

Thank you

If you use it on your scalp, you kill fungus and grow your hair back

Demon shit !

@LivingTricks_ @Grok is this true? What are the side effects of drinking apple cider vinegar?

What brand of ACV still has the mother?

How are you promoting this Bragg brand knowing bill gates bought brand smh how are people still drinking this poison I’m so confused 🫤

Until you find out, Bill Gates is the owner of the company

Kelly

The science does not support Apple Cider vinegar as a success story.

@grok evaluate these claims

Bill gates company bought Braggs

@grok what are all of the add ons listed in this video?

Can I just put them ingredients all in one cup ?

dude looks like he needs it more to lose weight
