Seriously, hear me out on this. If you can reframe rejection as just part of the process, it becomes less scary. Think of it as a stepping stone, not a dead end. You learn so much more from the times things don't work out. Embrace it and watch how much pressure lifts off your shoulders.

I used to be the biggest people pleaser it was horrible how bad it was and so rejection was horrific for me. Today, I embrace it, NOs are not meant for me and maybe they will be a Yes another day. But I don't want people around me that just say Yes because they think that is what I want to hear. Integrity is everything 🙏🌀
