The church cannot be waiting on Government while making fruitless prayer. The financial solution is in the offerings collected. Other solutions will come from the members of the church that have, to the members of the church in need. God will not send Jesus Christ back to this old troubled world, to take the church out of the world, until the world is purged out of the church! The church of the latter rain will be restored to divine unity, holiness, and love, just like Christ's first church of the early rain of Pentecostal power as recorded in Acts chapters 1 - 15.
