A bank would require “a single staff”member to bring in 9 million cedis (9,000,000) every month (in savings and investments…) If that employee fails to meet the target, they are transferred to a village branch or moved to some other branch or at worse sacked!! A lot of the banks are actually out of touch with the realities on the ground and the realities of the Ghanaian! If they had any clue about the Ghanaian they wouldn’t be setting such ridiculous targets, which is having a toll on the health of their young employees🙄🙄🙄
