Beef and Broccoli! 😁 2 Pounds Rib Eye Steak (Thinly Sliced) 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda Kosher Salt (To Taste) White Pepper (To Taste) 1 Onion (Roughly Chopped) 1 Piece of Ginger (Chopped) 4 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped) 1 Stalk of Green Onion (Chopped) Marinate for an hour. 1 Egg 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch 2/3 Heads of Broccoli 2 and 1/3rds Cup of Warm Water 1 Tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon (Beef Flavor) - Adjust as you go along. 1 Teaspoon of light Soy Sauce and dark soy sauce 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar 2 Teaspoons of Oyster Sauce 2 Teaspoon of Shaoxing Wine, and Rice Wine Vinegar Grated garlic & Ginger Green onion Cornstarch Slurry - 1/4th cup of cold water 2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch. Cook your steak down for about 3-4 minutes. Add in your onions, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan. Make your “beef brother” and add it to the same pan. Let it come to a slow boil, and add in your corn starch slurry. Let it thicken up and then add you steak back. Add in your blanched broccoli and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
