PRESS RELEASE: Canyon, Texas — March 5, 2026 the category-defining global domain acquired by Texas Slim, today announced it is building the first dedicated digital infrastructure network for the global beef industry — connecting ranchers directly to pricing, payment, and market settlement for the first time at scale. This is not an e-commerce launch. It is infrastructure. American ranchers operate inside a system built against them — opaque pricing, slow payments, and middlemen extracting margin at every step. is being built to change that structure, not work around it. The platform is designed to do something the beef industry has never had: a single, transparent layer where product moves, prices are verified, and ranchers get paid faster — backed by real assets. is now engaging institutional investors, infrastructure capital, fintech partners, and agricultural stakeholders to participate in Phase I deployment. Platform Architecture is being architected as: • A real-time Beef Index enabling transparent price discovery • A rancher-direct routing system reducing intermediary bottlenecks • A digitally secured settlement layer compressing payment cycles • A Strategic Beef Reserve designed to buffer supply disruptions • A digital provenance system verifying origin and production data At scale, the platform functions as exchange-grade infrastructure supporting routing, liquidity management, and reserve coordination. Market Structure & Settlement The Beef Index establishes verified, quality-based pricing with capital routed directly to producers — cutting out the opacity that has defined agricultural markets for generations. The settlement framework modernizes agricultural clearing by reducing lag, limiting counterparty friction, and strengthening working capital stability for ranchers. The Strategic Beef Reserve provides structured inventory coordination designed to stabilize supply during periods of market stress. Capital Formation: Phase I Infrastructure Raise has initiated discussions for a $25 million Phase I infrastructure securitization to fund deployment of its routing and settlement architecture. Phase I capital will support: • Exchange architecture development • Rancher-direct routing integration • Regulatory and compliance alignment • Institutional pilot execution • Operational onboarding and scalability This is infrastructure capital directed toward measurable transaction flow improvement within defined regional corridors of the U.S. beef market. Upon validation and expanded adoption, subsequent phases are expected to extend routing nationally and integrate broader liquidity participation. Qualified institutional investors and accredited strategic partners are invited to request private offering materials and schedule executive briefings regarding Phase I participation. Market Positioning controls the definitive global domain within a $500B+ industry and is being developed as the foundational coordination layer for pricing, routing, settlement, and reserve infrastructure. is being valued and built like exchange infrastructure — comparable to financial clearing platforms — not as a consumer food brand. This represents base-layer infrastructure ownership in one of the world’s most essential industries. Executive Statement “This isn’t about launching a website,” said Texas Slim. “It’s about rebuilding how product and capital move through the beef economy. When routing is verified and settlement is efficient, the foundation strengthens.” About is being developed as digital infrastructure for the global beef industry, focused on verified routing, transparent pricing, and modernized settlement systems. It is not retail. It is infrastructure. Texas Slim™ Stacy Herbert 🇸🇻🚀

Standing in my hometown. Canyon, Texas. Back when this place was still called Canyon City, these rails were already moving the heartbeat of cattle country. Look right behind me. These same tracks run straight through Hereford, Texas — what a lot of people call the beef capital of the world. Four massive feed yards sit out there, and every day cattle move through that corridor. And from there? Beef moves onto these rail lines and out into the international food supply. Most people never see this part of the system. They see the steak on the plate. They don’t see the rails, the yards, the miles of cattle country that feed into a place like Hereford. But if you grow up here, you understand something early. Food moves on infrastructure. Rail. Land. Water. Cattle. That corridor from the top of Texas runs straight across the Ogallala and into one of the most productive beef regions on earth. This isn’t theory to us. It’s the landscape we were raised in. Here’s why beef is so expensive in America, says Joel Salatin, co-owner of Polyface Farms. He said: “The biggest enemy right now keeping beef prices high … is the subsidies to the corn and soybean farmers.” “Half the soybeans America produces are exported. We don’t even use them. Almost half the corn goes into ethanol.” “A huge percentage of American agriculture is not in the food business.” “The average soybean farmer lost $100 an acre last year…Instead of having to face the reality that the world doesn’t need soybeans.” His alternative: take 1,000 acres of Nebraska soybeans, convert them to grass, and begin grazing cows. “My hypothetical 1,000 acres,” Joel says, “costs $300,000 to convert from soybeans to grass… That’s exactly what it costs annually to grow soybeans.” Joel says that either “It’s going to cost me $300,000 of annual expense to put that crop in and harvest it,” or “I can do a once in a century $300,000 investment and return it to perennial prairie polyculture.” “Today’s farmer only gets 5.8 cents of the retail dollar.” “Today, we have four companies controlling 85% of the meat market.” “It’s not free enterprise…It’s capital cronyism.” Joel Salatin

The wolf isn’t the problem. The deed is. They’re financializing land like they back 1890s Texas. Up here in North Idaho — — we’ve watched this play out for years. The conversation starts with predators, habitat, biodiversity. Then somewhere along the way, it stops being about wildlife and starts being about who controls the land. Foreign capital buys water rights, grazing rights, carbon credits. Investment funds stack paper claims on top of working ground. And one day the rancher, the logger, the small-town family looks around and realizes they technically own something they can no longer use. Land out here has always meant something. You take care of it. You pass it down. You have skin in the game. When that gets traded across oceans, something breaks. And it doesn’t come back easy. That’s what people are really upset about— and me too. Beef Initiative🇺🇸🇸🇻BeefMaps.com Texas Slim™

Jury selection has begun in the trial of the man accused of gunning down Mo3 for Yella Beezy. On Monday (Aug. 24), the capital murder trial for Kewon White kicked off in Dallas County Court. According to Fox 4 Dallas-Fort Worth, attorneys for both sides are trying to narrow the prospective jury pool of 77 people down to a group of 12 for the high-profile case. A jury had yet to be seated when court ended on Monday. Prosecutors say Yella Beezy, born Markies Conway, orchestrated the murder of Mo3 due to an ongoing beef and hired White to kill Mo3, who was shot during a brazen daytime shooting on I-35 in Dallas in 2020. Yella Beezy, who was arrested last March and has pleaded not guilty, was expected to go to trial first. However, earlier this month, Judge Chika Anyiam ruled that White’s trial should precede it, despite objections from White’s counsel. Earlier this month, Judge Anyiam also ruled that song lyrics can be allowed in the trial, including Mo3's “2 Nineteen,” Yella Beezy's “Keep It in the Streets” and portions of Beezy's “On Ya Head." A third defendant, Devin Brown, has also been charged with capital murder for Mo3’s killing, with police saying he was with White when the shooting happened. He is also awaiting trial. 🎥: WFAA/YouTube

I shot this video right after Christmas talking about the year ahead and our trip to El Salvador. Watching it back now, I see something clearer — 2026 is about structure. A lot of people asked why El Salvador. That question matters. I grew up in West Texas commodity country. Land rich. Cash tight. Independent producers working inside systems shaped by distant capital and centralized lanes. That reality led to the Harvest of Deception ( It led to the Beef Initiative. El Salvador opened the door to build a heritage breed cattle program from first principles — genetics, soil, education, ownership. When a nation invites you into that level of collaboration, you show up prepared. American ranchers remain the backbone of everything we’re doing. Mo3's convicted killer, Kewon White, insists Yella Beezy did not pay him to murder Mo3. On Sept. 5, White called in to podcaster MrLawtonTV's livestream, where White addressed his recent conviction and the involvement of Yella Beezy, who is charged with paying White to take out Mo3 as part of an ongoing beef. "Y’all want it to be something so bad that it’s not," White said. "Y’all want that man to go down so bad. Like, that’s not the case, bro. I got my time." "I didn’t get paid to do nothing, bro," White added. "But that story will come out. It will come out. But me sitting here saving Yella, I’m not saving that ni**a. That ni**a a grown-a*s man. I ain’t saving nobody. Only thing I’m here to do is tell the truth." Last Friday (Sept. 4), a jury convicted White of gunning down Mo3 on I-35 in Dallas in November of 2020. Prosecutors have charged Yella Beezy with capital murder by remuneration, saying he gave White money to carry out the brazen daytime shooting. Jury selection in the Yella Beezy trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 14. 🎥: MrLawtontv/YouTube

US and China as I said before are more similar to each other than different, both very ambitious, pragmatic and masculine cultures that both want to win in every aspect And to better understand that, going for hotpot is a great start 😊

America is one disruption away from empty grocery stores. Most people don’t know this — but grocery stores only carry 48 to 72 hours of food. After that, shelves don’t get “low.” They get empty. This isn’t because farmers can’t feed America. It’s because our food system is centralized, fragile, and just-in-time. That’s why the American Rancher Alliance exists. In just one month, nearly 300 producers have joined. Over 50,000 head of cattle are already committed. The supply is there. The ranchers are ready. What we need now is startup capital to move cattle, build secure traceability software, and break the centralized choke points. We don’t need billions. We don’t need Wall Street. San Sebastián is an absolute masterpiece of flavor, a sweeping, sun-drenched maritime capital where the cold waters of the Bay of Biscay crash directly into a world-renowned charcoal-fired cooking culture. Settle into the rhythmic, cobblestone pulse of the Parte Vieja (Old Town) to quickly realize a fundamental truth: if you are a fan of great cuisine, this city does not simply satisfy, it completely shatters your expectations of what food can be. La Viña – The absolute birthplace of the legendary Basque burnt cheesecake! Expect a beautifully caramelized, scorched top with cakey edges and a rich, molten, ultra-creamy interior. Casa Julián (Tolosa) – Renowned for serving the ultimate grilled beef steak, cooked over an open brick fireplace right in the corner of the dining room until it melts like buttery fat. Elkano (Getaria) – Michelin-starred seafood heaven. They specialize in whole wild turbot roasted on the street over open fire with sea salt and a secret "magical potion," masterfully carved tableside. Bar Antonio – Iconic for their famous Spanish potato tortilla. Family-run for 40 years, Chef Ana makes a mind-blowing 35kg daily of this gooey, under-set masterpiece! La Cuchara de San Telmo – Tucked in the Old Town, they serve amazing beef cheeks, but the absolute must-order dish is the suckling pig with shatteringly crispy crackling and juicy meat. Ganbara – Skip the standard pintxos counter and order their huge, flame-grilled jumbo prawns, they are massive and taste just like sweet lobster. Local Bodegas – Make a pit stop at an old-school wine cellar for a hot bowl of sea urchin soup, a rich, buttery, and intensely creamy uni reduction paired with crisp Txakoli wine. Casa Cámara (Pasaia) – One of the oldest seafood spots in Spain. It requires a quick water taxi boat ride to reach, and features a historic lobster cage mechanically wheeled up from the sea directly into the dining room!. 🎥 eatingwithtod | IG
