Been mildly bugging me for a while, but why isn't the 'd' always pronounced in 'Hendry'? Is it optional? I hear people of various dialects pronounce it as 'Henry' relatively frequently and have done for years, but I'm not too sure what the deal is. Genuine question 👍 Jim...

What most struck me at the Metropolitano yesterday is Atleti to me is a rare thing, a big club but it hasn't lost itself to tourism or lost its fanbase. All around me people knew each other something I haven't seen too much in recent years visiting big clubs. I went there expecting it to be a tourist trap but it was anything, I'm not saying it's every big club either but it struck me walking around and getting the metro to the game, the on field has changed at Atleti, the stadium has but the people haven't.

It is what we have been saying for years. Privately they understand reality but they have to publicly say the same contradictory statements which are meaningless and yet people take them seriously. As ever understanding the reality of how the world truly operates is not found in the nonsense spouted in too much of the alt media.

Today I was disqualified for the first time in my cycling career (14 years), for wearing glasses that record video. Unfortunately I was not aware of a new rule that was implemented in April that prohibited this. A warning, fine or yellow card could have also been enough. But what I struggle to understand is why In the Tour de France can you quite literally vlog with a camera in your hand which is perfectly legal...but because the camera is in the glasses you get an automatic Disqualification?! Yes, If I knew about the rule I would have also never posted it on social media. Anyways, I'll take it on the chin. Here is the video that got me disqualified & the other video is just to show what is completely allowed it seems. And lastly, my glasses have absolutely no AI capabilities unless used with a phone. So on the bike it can do nothing but record video!

Trump says he is reducing his deadline for Russia from 50 days, to 10-12 days from now. Trump threatened to slap 100% tariffs on Russian imports if a deal is not done. I’m not sure what Trump has up his sleeve, but it appears he is preparing to make a move on Russia/Ukraine. To me, it looks like Trump is preparing the Art of the Deal. He is starting to give public deadlines, accelerating timelines, masking his moves, and perhaps engaged in a level of theater. I’m not sure what Trump has cooked up, but whatever it is, it’s coming. This Russia/Ukraine conflict has to end eventually.

I miss this, yet don't at the same time. In terms of Wilds, I do find it interesting that our hunter is less chatty while out in the field compared to Rise, but that isn't a problem. I know hunters talking is a mixed bag for people.

I'm not Pokemon guy, but I've owned Red since the day it came out. Been giving it another go almost every morning the last few weeks while I have a cup of coffee. I've been enjoying it and have accepted the grind. Also my battery is still kicking but I'm using saves states too.

Sometimes I just have to share. Not a lot of information on this bad boy other than it is a Ford experimental tractor from the 1920s or 30s. I'm not sure why it didn't take off but it's an attention getter for sure.👀
