Yet the only solution a spiritual leader can think of is “100 days fasting.” In the same church where over 85% of the members can’t even afford three square meals, this looks less like spiritual direction and more like a strategic scheme. When people are already struggling to eat, telling them to fast automatically reduces their food consumption. And once their food expenses drop, the little they manage to save is conveniently redirected into “tithe and offering.” This is not spirituality. This is manipulation disguised as doctrine. Indeed, “my people perish because they lack knowledge.”

It may be drastic, but shut down all religious places for only 4 weeks and you will see how the people's eyes and awareness will be opened to the harsh truth of the decay all around them.
