I think this is a really funny idea and I’ve tinkered with it for years but i think this is as good as i can get it so im letting it go here. If you can do it better let me know in the comments. The nee tour is full of the jokes that did make it and is really good.

I have been trying to figure out what I think about Brian Callahan….admittedly don’t know much about him but watching these three clips esp the press conference clip made my blood boil It’s difficult to play QB in this league esp as a youngster and there will be lots of growing pains with Levis…holding any player accountable esp the QB is important but for a young kid do it in the QB meeting room, do it in the team meeting room….if your comfortable in your own skin and you are a leader the blame in a press conference should always fall on you as the head coach (even if it’s not the case)

and he’s right! love me a man of science 🤓 🍒 : with how i look at it.. the core and the erector spinae muscles.. those that support your lower back.. i think working on these areas consistently is good. even if you don't go as far as doing pilates or things like that.. just the basics! because eventually, if you lose strength on those muscles over time, it puts strain on your spinal discs. so you really have to work on your lower back muscles!
