@4thletterThe I ruptured a disc at work that was diagnosed as a lumbar sprain even after the MRI clearly shows the rupture. Now am entirely disabled and in constant pain I can’t breathe sometimes.

Once you have slipped a disc (first time was at 42), it takes effort to keep it from happening. I haven’t had one slip in a few years, but I’m also a lot more focused on my core.
