After almost 3 months of grinding and 186~ deaths, I did it. I beat my Permadeath Dark Souls challenge run with randomized enemies, bosses and items + use what equipment you get + all bosses. The final run took a little short of 16 hours to do.. It's over.

Today I learned you can skip the opening village fight in Resident Evil 4 Remake by shooting the bell from a rooftop. A scoped rifle makes it easier, obviously. Jesus the amount of detail from this game is outstanding! Credit to the users Sorekasho and Tactical_Banter on Reddit.
