Hi, I have a question. Does the game have the option to do a feint? I have a feeling that everyone can block a spike, so that would be annoying

sort of, a quick tap when spiking makes it hit softly, but i will probably adjust it so that it has more of a vertical curve so it goes over blockers hands

Hi, I've been following the game for a while and I have a question. Are there plans for a ranked mode or something like that in the game?

originally, but i think its going to be scrapped, i feel unsure of adding a ranked code because that demands a frictionless networking system and idk if i can have that by then

Thanks for the reply! Are there plans for further updates and new content after the release? I think many players, like me, would like to see a ranked mode. The ability to play for points and improve your ranking would encourage people to play longer.

yeah if the game does well i'd love to dedicate time to pushing out content updates absolutely. trust me im a ranked fanatic myself, but thats part of the reason i was hesitant to add it just yet

How are you balancing spike speed against block timing? A late direction change or soft tip could give attackers a useful feint without adding another button.
