Breaking: Reawaken America Accountability is the foundation of the Republic. Without accountability, you do not have a Constitution. Without accountability, you do not have justice. You have a system of men protecting themselves. Without accountability, you do not have a nation of laws. You have a Nation of men who will use their offices to destroy anyone who stands in their way. This is the essential requirement of free government. Today, together with the First Lady of Ukraine, the speakers of parliaments, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the Prime Minister of Ukraine, we honored the memory of our people whose lives, tragically, were taken by the occupiers. Russian war criminals must absolutely be held accountable for all of this — and today, the summit participants were unequivocal on that: Europe will not forget the moral conclusions drawn from this war. It cannot be allowed for Putin, other Russian criminals, and the Russian state itself to be absolved of responsibility. It is simply impossible to normalize what they did in Bucha, in Mariupol, and in so many other cities and villages. We will continue working to ensure that Russia is held accountable for this war — and that this accountability is tangible. I thank everyone around the world who is helping.

A group of twenty women turned their backs on coalition speakers at Waitangi. When asked why, their spokeswoman blamed the coalition govt for the number of Maori children in state care, and Maori men in prison. She says she is in a fight but the origin and the objectives of the fight were left unclear. Really? A fight? The govt of New Zealand has pretty much surrendered to every demand ever made by Maori. They are showered with grants and special allowances and treaty settlements that cost the taxpayer billions. There is a plethora of govt depts, also costing the taxpayer billions, that exist specifically to deal with perceived Maori problems. They have special seats in our democracy that give them far more rights than any other NZ voter. Its almost to the stage where every other NZer is enslaved to the generous upkeep of Maori. Still, after all of this, the wahine says there is so much to cry and so much to be angry about. If only we had people in govt, media and academia who would stand up to this separatist Marxist country splitting nonsense. The number of kids in care and men in jail is nothing to do with the coalition. Its down to the individuals concerned. As it is with every other perceived “Maori” problem. Until this is made clear, the complaining won’t stop.

I was absolutely privileged to visit the govt school in Medipallikalan, near Parigi. It is the best run govt school I have seen in Telangana. The credit goes through the Village and the school principal Kajha Mohiddin. He worked in the same school for 14 yrs and involve the entire village to make it a success. When he was transferred, the whole village protested in front of the collectrate and got him back. Public education system/Govt. Schools in Telangana is totally destroyed. The previous TG govt killed and the present govt is unable to revive it. In the past a majority used to go to govt schools Add few to private schools. It is the opposite now. The community needs to get involved and the community needs to be empowered to have a say in the running of the govt schools. The Medipallikalan Govt. School model needs to be replicated. I want to make at least 50 schools in my constituency, like this one.

Pedro Franceschi explains why Brex doesn’t hire “people managers” anymore One day Brex founder Pedro Franceschi made a list of all of the leaders at the company who worked and didn’t work. “I was trying to find what was predictive of leadership success,” he explains. “A lot of things are important, but they’re not predictive. For example, being customer obsessed is important, but there are people who were customer obsessed who were on both sides of the list.” The only trait that Pedro found to be predictive of leadership success at Brex was what he calls “the ability to operate at all levels” — someone who even at the highest levels of leadership has a deep understanding of the details of execution at the individual contributor level. What this means in practice is a CTO who is actually a great engineer. A Head of Design who can actually design amazing products. And a great Head of Sales who can actually go and close deals themselves if they need to. “It doesn’t mean that they’re going to do that all the time,” Pedro explains, “But it means that they know the nuances of what makes someone great at the craft… If you don’t know how to identify greatness because you don’t know what the bar is yourself, there’s no way to build a team that’s great.” He continues: “A lot of companies develop this role over time that people call a ‘people manager.’ They’re Director of Engineering but they can’t really code because they manage people now… And that concept is just something we eliminated. At the end of the day, there’s no way to manage people divorced from the work — you’re managing the work itself.” Pedro uses Jony Ive as an example: “Jony Ive wasn’t managing the team that designed the iPhone. He was designing the iPhone with a group of people. It’s simple, but it is a very profound change in how you orient your relationship with the work and what you put out there in the world.
