Fact Check: The southern border is not experiencing an invasion as defined by U.S. law. Republicans killed the bi-partisan border bill to prop up Donald Trump's failing campaign that the Border Patrol strongly endorsed. The U.S. is required by law to accept any migrant who claims political asylum. Republicans have blocked all attempts to give the Border patrol the resources it needs to handle the increase in migrants.

Really? So why did you vote against the bipartisan immigration reform, which according to the acting CBP Commissioner Troy Miller would “provide the strongest set of tools we have had in decades to effectively manage migration and enhance our nation’s border security”? Shame on you
