Respectability politics has never worked for Black people — and it never will with people who don’t respect you to begin with. For years I’ve been told to change my approach. Today I challenge those in leadership to consider that the approach they’ve been using got our s*** stolen. The strategy now has to be to take something back from them — power. I’ve been doing this work for over a decade. Folks didn’t partner with me or support me when I ran because I was considered “radical” — as if demanding equity is radical. It’s time for a different approach. A different posture. One with some fight in it. I’m leaning in regardless — I’m just wondering how many of us are ready now. Share if you care 🦾

Right now only a few in the world can get OG 2BOX to work... so I'm not going to release it out of respect for those who told me. But I set a goal before and I kept my promise. If it gets 10k likes, we will release it for free—no joke. Or, if you are willing to pay money, we will share it with you. (kept DMs to verified only because of bots) the starting price is 50$ but it will change if more people cant afford it right now. We already told 5 people about this and it works for them, so its not fair to the paid users. Maybe in a few weeks I will lower the price to 25-30. Or just help reach 10k goal. 🐶 then i’ll tell you a fun story i’ve never talked about before. back when i was auditioning for KOZ, there were a few companies that contacted me during that audition season. so i went and auditioned for them one by one, and i actually passed all of them. 🐶 there was company P, company S, company T, company B… i made it through all of those auditions. what was really interesting is that the trainees from those companies all ended up debuting around the same generation as us, so it feels really fascinating looking back on it now.
