It's not just the home of our Royal Navy (for over 800 years) but the city was integral to D-Day. It's more than a slap in the face – it's a middle finger to all the naval folk and those whose families fought/lost their lives in WW2, along with British patriots. I can't hate the people behind this enough.
If there’s trouble tonight, I’ll be blaming the Local Councillors who thought it appropriate and sensible to pick up their megaphones and start advertising, screaming and sharing locations etc. 🤷♂️
If you turn up dressed in black wearing a balaclava or turn up and start shouting threats to the RNLI volunteers, members of the police etc... You are a thug. Stop trying to shift the blame to the government if you or anyone else starts violence. That's your choice.

it's not local people being bussed in though... everyone is responsible for their actions. Sensible adults can be angry without causing unrest.

If people can't control their emotions, that's their problem. Hence 40% of "Patriots" arrested at various demonstrations have convictions for domestic violence. These are the people you're supporting and excusing. Anyone commiting violence is responsible for their own actions.
