The irony of this was in fact that this was Mahomes' rookie season when Big Red decided to bench him so he can study off Alex Smith

Could’ve remained this dude. Instead they let the offensive disintegrate to dudes that came off practice squads, left him with a broken back, concussions, throwing to guys that were bagging groceries, missing draft after draft. Meanwhile, Jalen Hurts gets surrounded by league leading blocking and hall of fame offensive talent and I’m told to believe the Eagles win because of him.

There are people out there to this day who think we were losing that Super Bowl in 2017 if he doesn't get hurt 😂 My IRL friends can vouch for me I called the SB victory in week 4. When he went down is when I said "IDK" but I know what I saw in Prime Carson Wentz he was MVP.

Maybe, Caleb Williams might be the likable Carson Wentz before the knee injury. I don’t know if yall remember the optimism Carson had as a QB to be the future. ACL and Foles playoff run put a stick in that. Then, Lamar, Allen, Burrow, Mahomes happens.
