Let’s make protein pancakes 🥞💕 * 1 banana * 75g oats * 3 large eggs * 2 tbsp milk * 1 tbsp baking powder * pinch of cinnamon * 2 tbsp protein powder (I used Whey protein) Blend the ingredients and fry your pancakes using coconut oil, or any flavourless oil. To serve I used almond nut butter, maple syrup and berries.

Sattu vs Protein Powder? Only idiots like Sonal Mehrotra Kapoor can compare food items with supplements and say supplement is better. Never seen anyone drinking multiple glasses of Sattu for Protein. Sattu is good source of protein, it also has daily requirements of fibre, iron, magnesium and Potassium. Sattu is good for digestion, doesn't have bloating effect like Protein Powder. Sattu has more calories but it also keeps you full for long, so you consume less calories in total. Sattu is zero cholesterol, so good for heart. Most protein powders have cholesterol. Sattu is wholefood, it can be taken as a meal. Protein powder is supplement, you will need meal. Also Sattu is much much cheaper. Even your hifi branded organic sattu is not even 5% cost of protein supplements. Also Sattu is super tasty, no need of added flavours like in Protein Powder. Compare food with Food, supplements with Supplements Consume Sattu Daily, take protein powder when you are short of your daily protein intake. If your aim is to promote Protein Powders, do it. Nothing wrong with Protein Powders. But Comparison with Sattu is stupidity.
