Cats are just as trainable as dogs. You just have to do it a different way and you have to be much more strict about it. If you do things one way and always that way, and their whining and complaining doesn't sway you, they'll learn to do things how you want. Work with them.

well the difference is him starving on the street and surviving the environment vs. him having a stable home and consistent food. he feels safe enough to be playful
