BEFORE you pick a program you must do 4 things. 1) Honest conversation about ability. 2) Do they Develop? 3) Who’s the coach? 4) Will you get good minutes in a good role for your game Platform won’t matter if those questions aren’t answered. LISTEN:

You can’t always go where you WANT to go. They might take you, do they need you though? If they do, in what role do they need you? Walk into these meetings with program directors and coaches knowing what you need for YOUR child to be successful.
