As per the officials the flood hit the main market area of the district at around 9 AM (Local Time). PM Modi spoke to Nepal PM Balen Shah and conveyed condolences on the loss of lives due to the flood in Nepal. PM Modi also extended all possible humanitarian and relief assistance.
