@mass_creation As a big Platinum games action fan, will there also be delayed input combos? Dual input moves? (like triangle + circle simultaneously) Cash out moves? (like Bayonetta's umbral moves that require meter buildup) Just timings? Loving how it's looking so far.

A man of taste 😏 Walking through your list: Cash-outs → we call them Ultimates, basically the same thing Dual inputs → no, but character swap weaves into combos and fills that depth Delayed inputs → already in, that pause attack in the clip is one Just timings → live on defense, Perfect Dodge is in

Is there a dedicated block button with a limited parry window on startup? (Stellar Blade style) Is it a directional timed stick input towards the direction of the attack? (Bayonetta bangle style) Is it a stick directional + Attack button towards the incoming attack? (Metal Gear Rising Style) Is there a direct attack parry by colliding your own attack hitbox with the incoming enemy attack hitbox? (Final Fantasy XVI style)

Everytime I see you guys post gameplay the more excited I am for the game. Lots of love being poured in to a combo system like that.

Oh yes, I watched the whole video. I did love the split. But even the combat options surprised me! I wasn't expecting the Heavy Attacks to have different combos on whether you tapped or held the button.

Are there input cancels into new combos?

We've got cancel windows that let you break out of a combo with different actions to flow into a new one or tweak it on the fly.

Here is another Hack & Slash game that I'm looking forward to. There is a demo on steam of it as well.
