Western AI is a danger to humanity precisely because it is a product of and thus an embodiment of Western culture, whose entire 500-year colonial history is an exercise in mass murder, lies, and theft. China's 5,000-year-old civilization is grounded in an effort to achieve, maximize, and maintain harmony. Its AI is built to improve the lives of people, not kill them to increase the rent-extracting holdings of finance capital.
