1st one the instructor is very stupid should not be putting her hands on the wheel while the student is driving.

Teach your kids to drive. Start early, before they can reach the pedals. Use an empty parking lot or park roads when no one is around. It’s fun for them & a great bonding experience. & you will create the next generation of auto enthusiasts.

A cyclist moving past a parked car is not “riding like an idiot” (but they were when going through a red light). A driver needs to be taught to slow down and allow space for them to pass. They wouldn’t have overtaken a car there.
