Kibo means 'hope' in Japanese. I brought this module to the space station on my first mission as shuttle commander back in 2008. This is a replica for training, but the real Kibo is still up there doing great work. Pretty cool.

My blood circulation has improved, and I feel much better now! It’s my day off today, so I’m starting late, but I’m going to get ready and head to the gym!
