Sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder because you’re black and need special treatment from a bullshit department called HR. You can’t cope with problems on your own so a third party is needed in order to explain that the workplace should revolve around you because your the special black minority. Nah. The first thing you do is write it down. Document every single thing that happens. Include dates, times, locations, who was in the room, etc. If you're bold, you can even start writing it down right in front of them while it is happening. Just say you are taking notes.

"I was mistreated, and her skin color was x, so I'm going to mistreat everybody with the skin color x" Cool. Have fun with that You racist. We are going to do what is right while you do that

I had a black woman from HR at a tech giant make excuses for a guy putting ⚡️⚡️ , 14 words of power and pictures of Hulk hogan doing a certain pose (it was cropped to look like Elon’s favorite pose). She gaslit me, invalidated everything and kept cutting me off / speaking over me saying “the investigation has concluded”. HR is the only position in corporate where I’ve never met good people

I heavily recommend prayer. Everytime I pray, God moves big. I have stories to tell about people who’ve messed with me and how God handled it.

I was HR at my company for 2 yrs & completely changed pay structures, fixed job descriptions, cut waste, enhanced benefits, & squashed some gossip. It was really awesome! Then I trained my replacement to be just like me & she’s doing great!

The best way to overcome corporate politics is 2 use them for a paycheck to build your hustle & leave when your business takes off cuz you’re just a number at the end of the day. Why fight the system when you can use their finances from your service to build your own or invest

Bullshit. As a Black man who worked for one of the top Telecommunications companies in the States. The worst person in the office for the few Black people in the office was the Black woman who headed the HR department.

Be at the top of the food chain. I wouldn’t recommend being in HR, but yes, be at the top of whatever food chain you’re in.
