The Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi states that talks with Pakistan will now be limited to terrorism and Pakistan-occupied Jammu, Kashmir & Gilgit-Baltistan. Pákistan cannot demand dialogue, trade and water while exporting violence, and illegally occupying another nation’s land. Duplicity must end! POJK & POGB belong to India, Pákistan forcibly annexed and occupied them.

Probably this sort of treatment from a host state has never been extended to a visiting Foreign Minister of any country. #India had always considered #Pakistan as a legitimate party to #JammuAndKashmir dispute in the past. But it seems those times are over now. There is no doubt that only India and the people of #JammuKashmir are two parties to this dispute. India was invited into #Jammu and #Kashmir to fight against Pakistan and push out the invading #Pakistani troops and citizens; but instead #Indian Establishment allowed Pakistan to continue her illegal occupation of #POJK & #GilgitBaltistan and completely failed to carry out the constitutional duties for which India had been invited. We once again ask India to fulfil her constitutional duties regarding Jammu & Kashmir and then hold meaningful dialogue with the people of Jammu Kashmir.
