Looks good but that's definitely not a Belgian Mitraillette, we don't use steak, we use fried meats like fricadelle, mexicano or meatballs (fried), the fries are way too thin, in Belgium it's common to have a thick cut and we fry them twice in beef grease and we use a baguette
