Greed is constantly described as the lowest of sins. They used to execute people for greed.

You in the projects my boy

You should review other people's apartment complexes. I'd watch that channel.

How many bets that the new company is private equity? Nobody cares less about decency and fairness than PE.

The painted door was golden! Lazy bastards. Love reading the reviews about potential apartment complexes. The honest reviews are the best! Avoid. Roaches. Crime. Shit Management.

“Are your feet dry too much” *shows clip* 🤣🤣🤣 savage

I'm betting that complex will look a little different in the next few years

If I was stuck in his shoes, which I would not have been, but if I were... I'd never turn off the water, ever. I'll bet I can get that $70 value in short order.

Just the cockroaches alone is a deal breaker. That’s nasty. Thankfully as for my entire life, I’ve never had to deal with such disgusting things like cockroaches.

Why didn't he fight that price increase? He had the evidence? I'm sorry but that would be worth fighting for an extra $4000 a year

😂😂 the door says it all. sorry bro, you deserve better.

Because of out-of-control insurance companies’ rising premiums, our business was sold to a private equity company in order to afford health & business insurances. Prior to the sale, this locally owned business thrived & grew (slowly but solidly) but after the sale, struggles to break even. This firm replaced the CRM software with the most expensive on the market, hired office staff never needed before and opted for the most expensive “name brand” fleet management company. Fast forward to 2 years later, in the slow period of our season (happens every year) but this time, and for the first time ever-we had layoffs. 10 people (all crucial field employees) lost their jobs but all the new unneeded office positions kept their jobs. What I’ve learned: -There is no such animal as a “good” private equity firm -They talk a good game to convince business owners they will save their company -They have 1 profit model & to meet it, small companies must abandon small business culture which made them successful in the first place. Once the culture becomes all about profit, the customers leave. -Private equity firms suck the life out of small business acquisitions. When the business dies, they sell the carcass for a final infusion of profit & walk away- leaving empty buildings & broke desperate people -These firms are run by wealthy opportunistic white collars who can’t build or repair anything themselves but want a piece of the success of those who can & do. My advice, if you have pride in the business you’ve built, don’t sell to a PEF

The door really got me😭😭😭 damn

swear to God, I’m leaving that water running 247 lol

Welcome to modern America city living brother 😄

Squeezing the poor for corporate profit. Disgusting.

The terms of your lease renewal are in your contract. Read it. If they’re at fault you have rights. Why did you fold and give in? Something doesn’t add up. Typically management of larger complexes like this document this for exactly this situation.

Bro to the new apartment owners:

$70 a month for water is bad? I haven’t watered my grass in 2 years and after breaking up w/ a girl last November my water bill for just myself is $100/month. And $900 in rent I mean sure I wouldn’t be happy with a 33% increase but that ain’t exactly terrible unless you’re living in a shithole.

Similar shit just happened to me, had a $300 increase in rent with the removal of utilities as well.

Venture capitalists have made renting completely unaffordable and our government doesn’t care because those elected to Congress get tons of lobbying money from the very same people ruining our lives.

@PlainJa65866722 Sounds about right. They raised the rent at our lofts and the entire property has never been in worse shape… management always shifts blame for any complaints, censors posts on our “community” board online. These people don’t give a damn.

You will own nothing and be happy. This is a communist manifesto.

If you see those bricked project looking buildings, fuckin run, do not sign that paper

Management companies for rental apartment complexes are notoriously and reliably sinister pieces of shit. I think they actually try to hire people who lack a conscience as the front-facing staff.

Brand New Washer and Dryer!!! 😂😂😂

If it makes you feel better the average cost for a 1 bedroom in Manhattan is $4500

Dude lives in the cheapest/ shittiest building in town and act surprised they don’t treat it like the ritz Lmfao

Is this in Pennsylvania 🤣 sounds familiar……also I liked your delivery, it was calm and quite funny.

These prices are so cheap. In my area, a one bedroom apartment is closer to $2200 per month.

Let me guess: it's a private equity company that took over. Those prices of sh!ts can fuk people two ways from Monday.

Before I bought my house, that’s what kept happening… One company sells the apartment complex to another company and the new company jacks all the rents and it’s too expensive to move and the communication is terrible. Hopefully I never have to live in an apartment again.

I love this. Not because I hate capitalism. I love capitalism. I love this because fuck apartment buildings that screw people over and think they have no recourse… we got tik tok now my boy!!!

This has nothing to do with this, but I’ve never heard anyone say a dryer and washer 😂 it caught me off guard. It’s just one of those like salt and pepper being called pepper and salt things haha

Flat rate my dick where's the meter oh there's not one cause it's on county water and your not putting individual meters in . I would run my shower 24 / 7 toilet plunger would never hit the bottom promise
