Every AI will always go to the average because it's programmed to recognize patterns, and every output will be aligned with that pattern. That's why every movie, song, or whatever it spills out will be very much the same. It will never create something new.

he speaks facts, to be great, you have to use AI to leverage yourself. but the thing is, AI agents are part of the game now. you can give junior-level skills (soon senior-level) to robots that run 24/7. this will replace most people, unless those people can orchestrate those AI agents. companies will have fewer employees, or they will create far more value by leveraging their talent. i bet on this, so outwork anyone. worst-case scenario: you learn too much.
