Even in Dubai, they have Sheikh Zayed Road, 10 10-lane stretch, 5-lane heading to Abu Dhabi from Dubai, 5 Lanes from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, and they do have Emirate Road with the same lane span. I posted this sometime ago on my timeline.

Our leaders travel and see all the nice development others are doing in their country they come back and put their hands in-between their thighs and talk plenty with no action! The ordinary Ghanaian needs to travel and see development and we won't accept mediocre government!

It's actually 10lanes if u consider the buffer lanes

It’s really sad when a single track breaks down on the Accra-Kumasi highway and it’s blocked completely a country that has oil,gold,timber,cocoa etc and we don’t have a dual carriage linking our cities
