When the man attempted to flee, the officers tackled him and used force during the arrest. A female officer threatened to use pepper spray on bystanders who tried to intervene. During the arrest, the man claimed to have a broken arm. Central Station is now covered in mace/ pepper spray” - Info provided to us by a follower who recorded the incident.
