The regulations say an appeal will be heard within 12 weeks. Unless they appeal to the high court, but they can only do that if they have evidence that the process has been illegal

Explained in more detail here.

It shouldn’t you get the punishment than appeal That’s how Everton and Forest has to do it

How did @JacobsBen become @talksport sporting matters legal correspondent. - let’s see his credentials ? Not long ago he was @talkSPORT Saudi league reporter - some shift that , charlatans ! Notably @talksport haven’t had a single legal person on speaking about City -funny that!

Or exonerated

city’s punishment dragging on through appeals is peak football admin. feels like the sort of saga that’d get sorted quicker at the EFL tribunal after a wet Tuesday in blackburn.

Typical City. Found guilty of 114 charges and their first instinct is still to buy more time.

appeals on appeals on appeals, proper legal squirrel cage this isn't it

Regardless. City are capable of winning the PL. The entire season is compromised unless a decision is made soon. Finish 2nd to city this year. Premier League is a world wide laughing stock

Yeah let’s drag it on, we need to earn more money and titles! They won’t take it off us & money is no objective, fine us £100million, it’s nothing!

City dragging this out through appeals like they’ve got a spare decade. If the charge sheet’s that ugly, hurry up and get on with it.
