Still hard to believe Da Bears finally got a solid HC. He made mistakes year 1, but ability to own up to them and learn is huge. Love intensity and drive. Can't wait to see what's next. Probably 1 more year away from SB run unless DL & Edges step up. 28+ppg will be a contender.

And he doesn't have to do it physically so much with his mind, because he has better weapons around him now—young, athletic guys that can do a lot of and play multiple, you know, multiple positions. And then again, if, if Embiid gets to the playoffs with LeBron, if he listens to LeBron and follows his lead, you know how he's a, he's a pro. And like I said, they get all the juju out of that organization. Everything, you know, good karma happens for those guys. They got a great chance to get it done.”

But fundamentally, if there’s a decision that I want to be involved with, I’m going to be involved in it… I think that’s generally a good way for founders to operate.” Mark continues: “If you’re running the company and there’s something important — at whatever level of detail in the organization — I don’t get the logic of saying, ‘I’m not going to be involved in that.’” Of course you want to have humility that you may not have the most context immediately, but in Mark’s view, the CEO must take ownership of the company’s most important problems. So I think it's quite possible that given that we're seeing this effort to gin up a war on domestic terrorism yet again, we're going to be, given another invisible enemy, and told that we need to give up all of these remaining freedoms and civil liberties to go after the domestic terrorists and that it's going to be, you know, unfortunately a lot of the depravity that we witnessed during the War on Terror, but directed domestically, hence the name domestic terrorism. "And I think you can argue that was always the plan post 9/11. A lot of the stuff was focused domestically. Before 9/11 there were efforts to pass DHS as the National Homeland Security Agency. It stalled in Congress, of course, after 9/11, no longer stalled. And so DHS was created, in a lot of these, you know, security agencies. And the expansion of the national security state in general has also, you know, had a lot of tentacles domestically. "And I think Americans have been naive that a lot of the evil, that that national security, security state has done abroad would never be used against them. And I think that, you know, we need to be very aware of what is going on here, and that the Deep State, if you— whatever you want to call it, is expanding. And it's expanding in the hands of private oligarchs that have a very dangerous political vision that is rarely talked about."

Excited To Watch Today's Wager at 10. Wanted To Say Whatever beef Going On Aside, It was so cool to be able to sub into a playoff game against some the best players and some of the people I look up to and watch day to day. I learned a lot just in those 2 games, and I take away things I now know I need to improve on. Every game coming down to a 1 score game, 2 to 3 points.
