The neighbor has always been an issue, he complains about everything, when he was installing. Fence, it seemed to get very close to the homeowners property, they told him that they think he’s building the fence into their yard which he asserts that it’s clearly his land and he can do whatever he wants. So you hire a surveyor to come out to make the property lines, it turns out he did in fact build the fence on your yard so you call a company out to remove it to his dismay.
