Yes, Therapist gives you the Labs card when you accept the task.

Tried for hours last night. Everyone camps the transition points and labs areas. The quest needs to be done in 1 go or it resets. I don’t recommend engaging with the quest line.

Ehh, not from my experience but YMMV. Definitely worth trying for 66,000 XP, Medcase + Injectors Case.
