Oliver Stone’s 2012 crime thriller Savages never received critical acclaim & while I admit parts of this film are totally and utterly absurd (basically every scene with John Travolta), I still really enjoy this movie. Benicio del Toro is the best part of this film- which is has sort of become the norm for any movie featuring del Toro. Give this a shot if you haven’t seen it, Savages is a fun time.
