Benjamin was right that Daeron is his true self only when he’s with Gwayne. we can clearly see that he’s a completely different person when he’s talking to him. he even calls Ormund a madman & Gwayne has to quickly shush him so their words won’t reach anyone else.

He’s a Culture Vulture – Accusing him of borrowing too much from different sounds and styles. He doesn’t write his own RAPS – The ghostwriting accusations resurfaced heavy… any accuser? He’s an industry plant – As if his success wasn’t earned but handed to him. He’s soft – They kept pushing the “he’s not from the streets” angle. He’s corny – Acting like him being emotional or introspective was a weakness. He only wins with pop hits – Trying to downplay his rap skills.
