First of all, you weren't even in court. Second, I was traveling back home all day yesterday. I spoke with Benny on the phone late in the afternoon. He was explicit in detailing that video. "There were zoom-ins where you can clearly see Tyler Robinson's face and tag number. Then they showed a much clearer version of the video you've seen with him jumping off the roof. This time, we got to see him move across the roof and get into prone position. He was there for 1-2 minutes before jumping up, running to the corner and coming off. The timestamp matches perfectly with when Charlie was shot." Those are his exact words. There is a simple way to get this case dismissed. Tyler Robinson's defense attorney could use geofencing/tower pings from his cell phone that would show him elsewhere. The fact that not only are they not leaves us fairly certain that in fact, Tyler was on campus. Seeing that he lived 4 hours away and didn't attend UVU, the obvious question is, "Why was he on campus?" Even the dumbest MF'ers on this planet have a pretty good idea what the answer is.
