I love their growth together. They learned so much from each other. I wanted them together but I get why she ended up with Ben bc he understands her the best but I was team Paxton the whole time

As women, we know what it means to carry shame for simply existing. We see it every day in the way people say things like, "What was she wearing?" or, more recently, "Her beauty is a problem to her." Society constantly tells us to shrink ourselves; wear less makeup, cover up, take up less space. This has not worked. The modest and the vulnerable still get met with sexual harassment and violence. So maybe the lesson should be to boys who will become men - they need to be taught sexual discipline, need to be taught to control themselves & taught that their actions can and will have consequences. #iswispodcast
