Never ignore what people say when they are angry

The reason he couldn’t recover it wasn’t because it erupted, but where & when it erupted. 
If it happened in a tray, it’d be recoverable. 
Bottom line: know when & where.
Anger is human. If you don’t express it, you’d be taken for a fool.

When people are angry and they want to vent, I let them & I listen keenly. I see it as an opportunity to get to know some of their hidden thoughts, some of which have somehow influenced aspects of their behaviour in some situations. Of course, they'd say some things to cause pain
