The truth is most men are clueless understanding how a woman works. They are clueless how their own actions and words affect them. It was such a simple ask from her. GTA or 10 minutes to help the woman you love to set her as ease. Truth is he had a great thing. But he didn’t cherish it. He got complacent. He got lazy. He became self absorbed. Men shouldn’t desire to be with a woman if they want to live for themselves. That makes no sense. This is a great scene. Men with wisdom will see immediately what she was truly saying and what he did wrong. Think of it. All he had to do was smile. Put down the damn video game and prefer the woman he loved over rubbish.

What really cool about this is I’ve been in a relationship for about 20 years and I think I would have viewed/interpreted this differently throughout… When I was a younger man I probably would’ve sided with Vince. Today, as I understand my wife more deeply, I completely understand what Jennifer is saying. Most importantly I know without my wife saying (sometimes lol) what she wants from me and how to make her happy without her having to ask me… Good stuff man! 👍

While I did think he was immature and disrespectful, I also found fault with her for “dropping hints” and playing games. Communicate like an adult and say what you want. Stop testing people.
